Delete Your TerritoryGrid Account

TerritoryGrid users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information. TerritoryGrid is operated by Vona Works LLC.

What we delete

When an account-deletion request is verified and approved, Vona Works may delete or deactivate:

TerritoryGrid login credentials
User profile and contact information
Profile photograph or badge headshot
Push-notification tokens
Personal settings
Chat messages and user-generated content, where deletion is operationally and legally permitted
Location and field-activity information associated solely with the user, where deletion is operationally and legally permitted

Information we may retain

Vona Works may retain certain records when required or permitted for legitimate business, payroll, tax, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal-compliance purposes. This may include:

Tax forms and tax records
Payroll and payment records
Signed agreements
Contractor or employment records
Sales and commission records
Security logs
Records required to resolve disputes or comply with law

Retained information will not be used to provide continued app access or for third-party advertising.

Processing time

We may contact the requester to verify identity and account ownership. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, unless additional time is reasonably required for legal, security, or recordkeeping reasons.
